Palmavera's salame are crafted by highly skilled producers who use traditional recipes and regional artisan methods of curing. The meat is from native breeds reared in a humane and caring way.
Most importantly, the taste of our salame is fantastic. Choose from, the 'piccante' spicy salsiccia (a nod to Sardinia's Spanish invaders), the classic Desulese salsiccia, packed with flavour. Or, for a unique taste of Sardinia, try our salsiccia infused with myrtle, a native wild berry typical to Sardinian cooking which lends a beautifully subtle fruity flavour.
